Strand Hotel Swakopmund

Staying here was a treat, especially with the delicious breakfast and the relaxing spa treatments. We enjoyed the sun terrace and the soothing back massages. The only small hiccup was having to wait a bit for our room to be ready, but it didn't dampen our stay one bit. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast selection 🌅

Its marvellous, beachfront location was a plus.

I was blown away by the fine beach views right outside my window! The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, with fresh pastries and local delicacies that had me going back for seconds. Plus, the staff treated me like family!

We had a very good stay in this town.

Stunning beachfront location just next door to ocean, the shore and fine beaches with wonderful views of the Ocean. Popped in Brewer & Butcher for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

I loved those guys, providing excellent service. The room was pleasantly decorated, with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television; it had nice views. The staff were super-friendly and pretty friendly, and the breakfast was incredible. The location was great and stunning, not very far from Swakopmund Lighthouse.

The ocean view from our corner room was amazing. The staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering plenty of delicious options that we enjoyed, even while sharing crumbs with the lovely local birds.

The service at times seemed slightly slow during peak hours.

the shower water leaked into the hallway. but the seafood restaurant was fantastic. amazing breakfast spread. staff treated us like we were royals.

The room was pretty nice, comfy and had great decor. We got a corner room with views on both sides-such a treat! It felt really cute after a long trip. There were plenty of plugs for charging our devices, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the bathroom felt a bit small. It was a solid experience despite that.
